Students in art learned how to create different colors using a color wheel. A color wheel shows the relationship between primary colors, secondary colors, and complementary colors. The primary colors are red, blue, and yellow. You can combine primary colors to make the secondary colors green, purple, and orange. Students created a color wheel as an art project.

Computers: Scratch

In this session, students are introduced to a new program called Scratch. Developed by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Scratch is a programming ‘language’ designed so that kids can create their own games, music, animations, and more. Fun and educational, Scratch is sure to both entertain and teach students of all ages.
