Summer Academic Enrichment Program

at the Claremont Colleges
TK to 8th Grade

Continued Closure for Summer 2021

Project Think has made the difficult decision to postpone our in-person summer program for 2021. Realizing that many of our families are seeking engaging opportunities for children, we are endorsing three wonderful instructional offerings by our STEAM education partner, Be A Maker Club, and some of our instructors. These classes will be of the same high-quality that the instructors offer at Project Think. One will be online, and the others will be face to face in your home (art and swimming lessons). These classes will not be through Project Think, but are recommended as a courtesy to the many parents who have asked for referrals. We plan to resume the program in-person at the Claremont Colleges in Summer 2022. Thank you for your continued support.

We wish our families a healthy and happy summer and hope to see you next year!

HandsOn

Active Learning Classes

Project Think is a non-profit academic enrichment program. It is designed to stimulate and motivate students as it embraces a wide variety of interest areas. The emphasis at Project Think is on active learning so the children engage in hands-on activities using all of their senses.

Stimulating & Enriching

STEAM Curriculum

Enjoy an exciting summer experience with educational activities focusing on STEAM: Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math.  From science experiments, art projects, drama performances, and computer coding to creative writing and maker-space inventions, Project Think prepares students for their upcoming school year and future, excelling them beyond their grade level, and motivating them to love learning. Students may register for either one or both of the 3-week sessions as teachers plan a variety of curriculum choices to stimulate the children’s curiosity and interest for the entire six-week period.

CredentialedMaster

Teachers

Project Think's exceptional educators motivate the children to develop thinking skills which will enable them to participate and succeed in a growing, challenging 21st century. Professional guest speakers also enhance the program. The master credentialed teachers, classroom aides, and specialists provide a small student to instructor ratio, enabling them to offer small group and individual instruction.
